As many may have noticed the lack of updates over at OnThisIsland.com (OTI) especially in the events section. This is due to a planned change in the site’s structure.
OnThisIsland.com is continuing its migration from being only and events guide to a full blown news center, bringing the world’s news to your finger-tips. With news topics ranging from local Cyprus news and sports results to feeds from some of the worlds largest news sites.
You will be able to get the news you want to read from all your favourite sites, on one page. With the site being adapted to remember your login details (if requested to) you will be able to simply goto OnThisIsland.com after logging in once and having your own selected news displayed instead of the chosen defaults.
Also look forward to a new design. As for the galleries, a new company is being formed at time of this post and they have already agreed to a partnership with OTI and I look forward to following what I believe will be a successful Cyprus start-up company. Once again, pop by soon for more details.
